Buying guide
The short version: it is sold direct from this site only. You will not find the Triple Method Back Massager on Amazon, eBay, Walmart or in a pharmacy chain, and there is a deliberate reason for that.

Selling direct is what makes the bundle pricing and the 90-day guarantee possible. Marketplace fees, retail margin and distributor markup would add most of the price again — and the return policy would be whichever platform's policy applied, not ours.
It also means every unit is shipped from our own warehouse. There is no third-party seller in the middle who might send you an older revision, a unit without the extension strap, or a counterfeit.
If you see the product on a marketplace or on a site with a different domain name, it is not an authorised listing. The most common warning signs are prices that look implausibly low, a checkout that does not mention the extension strap, and no 90-day guarantee anywhere on the page.
Orders placed through those listings cannot be supported, refunded or replaced by us, because we never shipped them. If you are unsure whether a listing you have found is genuine, the legitimacy page walks through the same checks in more depth.
We ship worldwide from the US warehouse, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand and Ireland, plus most of Europe and a long list of other countries at checkout.
Shipping is free everywhere, tracking is emailed to you when the parcel leaves the warehouse, and prices are in USD wherever you order from, as covered in more detail on the pricing page.
Orders placed on a business day are packed and dispatched within 24 hours. You get an order confirmation immediately and a tracking link as soon as the label is scanned.
Delivery is typically 3 to 7 business days within the US and 7 to 14 business days internationally. Expedited shipping is available at checkout if you want it faster.
Choose a bundle size on the price page, add it to your cart, and enter your shipping address and payment details at checkout. The checkout page shows the exact final total, including any optional add-ons, before you confirm payment.
Once the order is placed you will receive a confirmation email immediately, followed by a tracking link once the parcel is scanned at the warehouse. If anything about your address or order needs changing, contact support as early as possible, ideally before dispatch.
First-time buyers sometimes worry about entering card details on an unfamiliar site. Checkout runs on an encrypted, PCI-compliant payment processor — the same standard used by major retailers — and we never see or store your full card number.
