Shipping Information

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all bundles, to every country we serve. There are no hidden handling fees added at checkout, and all prices are shown in US dollars.

Orders placed before 2pm ET on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend, are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Estimates below are business days after dispatch. Expedited Shipping, if selected at checkout, moves your parcel to the faster end of these ranges and prioritises it in our warehouse queue.

• United States — 3 to 7 business days
• Canada — 5 to 10 business days
• United Kingdom & Ireland — 6 to 12 business days
• Australia & New Zealand — 7 to 14 business days
• Rest of world — 8 to 18 business days

Tracking your order

You receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment, and a second email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel is scanned by the courier. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first update.

If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 days, email support@triplebackmassager.com with your order number and we will chase the courier for you.

Customs and import duties

For most destinations we ship duty-paid and there is nothing further to pay. In a small number of countries local customs may apply an import charge, which is set by your government and is outside our control. If this happens, contact us — we will help.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reship it once at no cost as soon as you confirm a corrected address.
