What the Triple Method Back Massager actually is
It is a single wearable belt, roughly the width of a lumbar brace, that wraps around your lower back and fastens at the front. Inside the panel that sits against your spine there are three separate systems: a contoured support shell that holds your lumbar curve, infrared heating elements that warm the tissue rather than just the skin surface, and vibration motors positioned either side of the spine.
The reason it exists is simple. Almost every back product on the market does one of those three jobs. A heating pad warms but does not support or move anything. A brace supports but does nothing for circulation. A massage gun moves tissue but only while you are holding it, and never while you are doing anything else. Running all three at once, on the same area, in the same fifteen minutes, is the whole point of the design.
